We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to support a high-performing real estate agent handling 80–100 property sales per year. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, dynamic team where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level support to a top-performing agent
  • Manage a busy team calendar with efficiency and foresight
  • Liaise with tradespeople and stylists to coordinate property preparation for sale
  • Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for team listings
  • Oversee team email and database management
  • Proficiency in real estate specific software is required for effective database and email management
  • Track and manage performance KPIs for associates
  • Ensure file and process compliance at all stages

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a similar role is a bonus, but not essential
  • Some industry experience in real estate is preferred to complement the role requirements
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • A mature, motivated individual with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a high-performing team
