Previous telemarketing or inside sales experience is highly regarded, but not essential; attitude, resilience, and communication skills are what matter most.

Your Role

  • Drive Outreach: Execute structured call campaigns to introduce Business News' premium News and Data services.
  • Engage Decision-Makers: Target executives and business leaders to spark interest and secure valuable meetings for our senior sales team.
  • Qualify & Convert: Identify prospects' needs, qualify leads, and keep our pipeline warm with future opportunities.
  • Champion Referrals: Reconnect with current and past users to encourage referrals and expand our reach.
  • Track & Improve: Record conversations and outcomes in our CRM, sharing insights that help refine campaign

You're someone who:

  • Is confident, persuasive, and thrives in conversations with senior-level professionals.
  • Brings energy, resilience, and a competitive spirit to hitting call and lead targets.
  • Is organised and disciplined in managing activity and outcomes.

  • Has prior telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience (preferred, but not essential).
