Customer Success Officer
to join their Sydney team.
This role sits at the intersection of
client delivery, relationship management, and commercial growth
, making it perfect for someone with a consulting, analytics, or financial services background who wants to step deeper into the world of AI.
What You'll Do
- Support onboarding and implementation of a leading GenAI platform for enterprise clients
- Build strong, trusted relationships across financial services stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for data and engineering teams
- Monitor adoption, usage, and satisfaction metrics
- Identify enhancement, upsell, and long-term value opportunities
- Contribute to client presentations, demos, and success reporting
- Work closely with senior Engagement Managers with a clear pathway into that role
About You
- 2-4 years' experience in consulting, data analytics, tech, or financial services
- Strong data literacy — comfortable interpreting and communicating technical concepts
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded, proactive, and energised by client impact
- Thrives in a fast-moving, innovative environment
- Ambitious, with interest in progressing into Engagement Manager/leadership roles
