The Role
As a Customer Success & Retail Associate, you'll be the face of Bauerfeind — combining expert product knowledge with a passion for helping people. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role that blends retail, customer service and relationship support.
1. Retail & Product Expertise
Guide customers to find their perfect fit — whether it's a brace, compression garments or performance support.
You'll deliver a premium experience from start to finish: understanding their needs, making tailored recommendations, and ensuring every customer leaves with confidence and comfort.
2. Customer Support
Manage enquiries via our ticketing system and phone, offering professional, solutions-focused assistance.
From product questions to troubleshooting, you'll provide thoughtful guidance and ensure each customer enjoys the same level of care they'd expect from a world-class brand.
3. Partner Support
Work closely with our health care partners to ensure their patients receive the best support during their journey to recovery and living a pain free life. You'll nurture ongoing partnerships built on trust, service and shared passion for helping people move freely.
You'll work across our North Ryde HQ and Sydney Flagship store. Saturday availability is preferred.
About You
You don't need years of experience — just the right mindset and enthusiasm to grow with us.
You're someone who:
- Has a positive, caring attitude and genuine interest in helping others
- Enjoys variety and moves easily between in-person and office-based work
- Is confident using technology and learning new systems
- Has an interest in health, fitness, or human movement
- Brings energy, curiosity and a team-first approach
Experience in retail, customer service, or healthcare is a plus — but full training is provided.
