Customer Success Specialist (Paternity Leave Contract)

Our client is a HR Ai tech company, and they are reinventing the way organisations hire and engage talent. We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join the company on a paternity leave contract. If you have a passion for tech and Ai solutions and love solving problems, building relationships, and working with world-class technology we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be the heartbeat of our client experience. You will work closely with our enterprise customers, helping them implement, optimise, and get the AI recruiting platform. You will build lasting partnerships, drive adoption, and ensure every interaction adds value.

What you will be doing

  • Own relationships with key enterprise clients and serve as their trusted advisor
  • Lead onboarding, training, and implementation of Ai HR/Recruitment solutions
  • Partner with product and tech teams to deliver seamless customer outcomes
  • Monitor usage, anticipate needs, and proactively drive engagement
  • Troubleshoot challenges and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS support (ideally in HR Tech or Talent Acquisition solutions)
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable insights
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern software tools
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic team

The Details

  • Contract: Maternity Leave (approx. 9-12 months)
  • Location: Sydney HQ | Hybrid (2-3 days in office)
  • Start: ASAP - Urgent recruitment
  • Offering $110K + super (paid annual holiday and public holidays)
