The Role

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Customer Service Supervisor to manage our skilled customer service team at our Loganholme office. In this role, you'll oversee the processing of phone and email orders and coordinate deliveries through 18 transport providers, ensuring timely delivery from warehouses nationwide. With over 3,000 orders each month, this role combines leadership, logistics coordination, and continuous process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process orders across five product groups using Pronto ERP
  • Lead, coach, and support a high-performing customer service team
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the invoicing and operations teams
  • Collaborate with factory operations to streamline order processing
  • Provide backup support during staff leave
  • Liaise with transport providers to resolve issues and expand delivery capabilities
  • Assist in ensuring transport partners meet Chain of Responsibility compliance standards
