About the Role

As a Service Supervisor, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of lift and escalator service portfolio across Brisbane, Gold Coast and surrounds. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work closely with the QLD Service Manager, technicians, and clients to ensure high-quality, safe, and timely delivery of maintenance visits and reduce downtime of units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise service team to ensure efficient and high-quality maintenance.
  • Manage service run schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Conduct site inspections to maintain safety, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Ensuring downtime of units is kept to a minimum

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • A strong background in the lift and escalator industry, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
  • Technical expertise in lift and escalator installations/service.
  • Strong technical fault-finding abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a focus on fostering a positive team environment.
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • A valid driver's license
  • A valid Electrical license
