At PetSure, we're passionate about creating a world that's better for pets and their people. As Project Manager – Risk and Compliance, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering regulatory and risk initiatives that protect our business, empower our teams, and support pet wellbeing.

You'll work closely with the Chief Risk Officer, Legal & Compliance, and Operations teams to scope, plan, and execute change across people, processes, and systems. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for governance, stakeholder engagement, and making a meaningful impact—this could be the role for you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the planning and delivery of risk and compliance projects across PetSure
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define scope, strategy, and governance
  • Implement internal controls, monitoring frameworks, and remediation plans
  • Deliver business readiness through policy, procedure, and training improvements
  • Manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely, compliant project execution

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience delivering complex regulatory change and risk initiatives
  • Strong understanding of APRA, ASIC, and general insurance regulatory frameworks
  • Project management certification and experience with Agile and Waterfall methods
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or insurance (preferred)
