  • Develop and document scopes of work based on client needs and site inspections
  • Prepare quotes, budgets, and cost tracking for accurate and timely delivery
  • Conduct site visits to oversee installations and ensure compliance with specifications

Skills & Experience

  • Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in client-facing situations
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  • 2–4 years' experience in project coordination, engineering, or a similar role (graduates with exceptional skills will also be considered)
  • Hands-on and detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Valid Australian driver's licence

  • Familiarity with workshop/automotive equipment (hoists, air compressors, oil systems, etc.)

Why Join UNIPAC?

  • Lead projects with high-profile national automotive brands
  • A role that combines project management with opportunities to contribute to design and innovation
  • Career development in a supportive, growth-driven environment
  • Exposure to both technical engineering and client-facing project delivery
  • Interstate travel opportunities
  • Flexible hybrid working arrangements once established
