We are a reputable and fast-growing property developer dedicated to delivering high-quality residential projects in prime, well-connected locations. Based in Chatswood, our current pipeline includes a landmark development at Hills Showground (300–500 lots), a DA-approved boutique project in Burwood, and other exciting projects in the pipeline. As we continue to grow, we're seeking passionate professionals who share our vision for creating exceptional residential communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management - Manage Class 2 residential projects from acquisition through to completion, settlement, and post-settlement responsibilities.
- Feasibility & Financials - Undertake feasibility studies, cashflow forecasting, and budget tracking to support commercial decisions.
- Development Approvals - Manage the DA process and liaise with councils, planners, and relevant authorities.
- Consultant & Contractor Coordination - Engage consultants, manage teams, and oversee tendering and contract negotiations.
- Time, Cost & Risk Management - Maintain control over project timelines, budgets, and risks, with proactive mitigation strategies.
- Reporting & Communication - Deliver clear, timely project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Growth & Acquisition Support - Identify new opportunities and support site acquisition and early due diligence.
- Regulatory Compliance - Ensure all developments meet planning, environmental, and construction regulations.
Must Have
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing Class 2 residential developments.
- Tertiary qualification in Property Development, Urban Planning, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle.
- Proficiency with development tools (e.g., EstateMaster or similar) is a strong advantage.
