About the opportunity
The Design Studio Host and Receptionist reports to the Design Studio Manager and is part of the Sydney Interior Design team. Visiting our design studio is a critical step in our customers' journey and it's what makes their new home a beautiful reflection of their personal style. We are currently offering an exciting new opportunity to welcome and coordinate our clients appointments with our interior design consultants. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to warmly welcome clients to the studio and manage client appointments with our interior design consultants. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Meet and greet all clients to the studio and be the connection between the clients and our interior design consultants

• Preparation and service of beverages including operation of the coffee machine

• Managing and maintaining the café area including general cleaning

• Organising and service of lunch catering to our customers

• Answering calls from clients and other stakeholders

• Managing and maintaining the reception area

• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients

• General admin support to design consultants

About you
To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of MyChoice and NEX Building Group along with:

• Commitment to providing excellence in customer service

• Excellent time management skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong record keeping, planning, and organising

• An interest in design and home decorating 

• Barista experience
