The company : International students accommodation provider

We are hosting near 300 students and working holiday visa holders

We are looking to replace one of our team members and the position has been already designed and currently working, You will be working in the CBD, Pyrmont and near City suburbs and if you can drive car is provided too

A valid Australian driver's licence is advantageous as a company car can be provided for suitable candidates.

Tasks

*) Publish and update advertisement in different websites specialized in our market Japanese and Korean Websites are the base of our customers source

*) Publish and update advertisement in other accommodation websites

*) Organise and conduct inspections with potential customers

*) Organising moving out and in for the customers

*) Ensure rooms are ready for short or long term customers

*) Receive and Report to Maintenance team any repairs or services needed

*) Explain house rules to new customers

*) Prepare lease paperwork for new customers

*) Give feedback and help to customers in Japanese and Korean languages

Skills

Fluent in Japanese (spoken and written) and Korean or at least one of them is a must

Fluency in both Japanese and Korean languages (spoken and written) is required for this position.

Intermediate English skill are enough for this position

Previous experience is not needed

Flexible hours, good salary for the right candidate
