We’re a rapidly growing Australian Hotel Group in the early stages of expansion. From humble beginnings, our brand was founded out of a passion for connecting travellers to the local authenticity of a location by providing comfortable and bespoke accommodation. Today, we are a multi-brand accommodation group operating 17 hotels across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.

Much loved hotel in Sydney’s inner west. The hotel of choice for corporate, long-stay and leisure travelers
- 28 one, two and three bedroom apartments with kitchen facilities
- Walking distance to public transport
- All apartments are connected by a tropical courtyard filled with lush palm trees and herb gardens.

**Our amazing Hotel Receptionists (aka Local Hosts)**:
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you’ll be part of a small team of genuine people, looking to create lasting memories and exceptional experiences for each and every guest. No day will be the same, but each day you’ll strive to:

- Provide a high level of guest services at all touchpoints (check-in, check-out, during their stay)
- Provide creative resolutions to complaints and problems
- Be a Local Host, knowing the local area of the hotel intimately enough to provide advice and recommendations to guests on key points of interest
- Respond to emergency situations in a safe and professional matter
- Identify & explore opportunities to increase the number of returning & new guests
- Support the Hotel Manager to ensure the hotel operates to Veri-Best standard
- Our hotel isn’t open 24/7 so no overnight shifts are required unless in exceptional circumstances.
