**RECEPTIONIST**
We are looking for a receptionist.

We offer a professional, friendly and supportive environment. You will receive full training and have the opportunity to develop your skills in this position working very closely with the clerk on various Floor initiatives to support our busy barristers in varying disciplines.
This is a full-time role working **8.30 am** to **5.30 pm** Monday to Friday, assisting with the operation of Chambers, working with the floor members, the clerk, and our very efficient junior support team.
Your key responsibilities would include:
- Receiving and forwarding calls and taking messages;
- Greeting, hosting and catering legal professionals and clients in a friendly, courteous and professional manner;
- Support at Floor events;
- Scheduling meetings and conferences for the barristers with firms and clients;
- Management of stationery and kitchen orders;
- Working with the Floor’s junior team to provide admin and other support to the barristers and their clients; and
- Other administration duties as required.
We ask that you:
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Can work independently without supervision;
- Maintain a high attention to detail;
- Have strong IT and internet research skills;
- Are a problem solver and can multi-task; and
- Are looking to be a key member of a small and happy team.
Remuneration up to **$72,000** (inclusive of superannuation).

Pay: $46,460.00 - $72,000.00 per year
