People and Culture Business Partner
role based at our enviable Darra Head Office. As a
P&C Business Partner
at Pillow Talk, you'll partner with our Warehousing and Logistics leaders to set and deliver a People Agenda that builds a safe, high-performance environment where every team member can thrive. You'll balance the delivery of strategic people initiatives with hands-on support in recruitment, onboarding, goal setting, remuneration, employee relations, leader coaching, learning and development, succession planning and performance management—ensuring our warehouse and logistics teams are empowered to perform at their best. .
A Bit About You...
- Proven experience in HR / People & Culture partnering within fast-paced or operational environments.
- Strong knowledge of ER/IR practices, workplace policies and compliance frameworks.
- Background supporting warehousing, logistics, or large-scale retail operations (Ideal).
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop leaders to build capability and confidence.
- Skilled in balancing strategic people initiatives with day-to-day HR delivery.
- Experience in performance management, succession planning and talent development.
- Expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, safe and high-performance workplace.
