The Company

Our client is an industry leading developer builder that has a strong reputation in the market for being forward thinkers, delivering high quality developments up to $150m, as well as having a well experienced and resourced team. Our client has excellent talent throughout the business and due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work is now looking for additional delivery support on multiple projects in the same location. Our client only looks to hire people that genuinely fit the team's culture with a very strong retention rate and well built team of long tenured staff.

Our client is now looking to grow their team with an experienced Site Manager on a $75m apartment development in the inner suburbs of Brisbane (Not the CBD) with ample site access and local parking this project is logistically fantastic. Enjoy the security of a long term project across 3 stages, with site yet to establish be part of this project from the start of stage 1 helping lead all onsite activities.

The Role

  • Site Manager joining a well established team and taking control of a 3 stage development, with a strong pipeline of projects in the same location.
  • Full time role joining a well resourced team with a good name in the market
  • As site manager you will take responsibility for all onsite duties running your own projects end to end

Experience/Qualifications Required

  • A stable track record in supervision of commercial building projects ideally up to $30m across both new build and fitout/refurbishment
  • Current First Aid Certificate required
  • QBCC Open Site Supervisor License
  • An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
  • Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
  • A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
  • A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
