ABOUT THE ROLE

As Stacked Farm continues to scale nationally and internationally, we are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead and execute our sales strategy, driving growth across existing and new markets. This pivotal role will focus on expanding distribution, strengthening partnerships and identifying new commercial opportunities within the fresh food and retail sectors.

You'll play a key role in achieving sales targets, leading customer engagement and collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure commercial success. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company growth targets
  • Managing and mentoring a sales coordinator (role to be implemented early 2026)
  • Building and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships
  • Negotiating major commercial agreements, volume and distribution commitments
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities and channels
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and category activations
  • Providing sales forecasts, reports and performance analysis to inform strategic decision-making
  • Supporting new product development and market launches in alignment with company objectives

ABOUT YOU

You're a proactive and commercially minded professional ready to step up into a leadership role. You thrive on achieving results, building strong relationships and driving sustainable growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales or business development role (fresh produce experience not required)
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and complex commercial partnerships
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic, outcome-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments
  • A passion for sustainability, innovation and reshaping the future of food
