The Role

We're looking for a High-Performing Business Development Manager to drive growth of our Queensland Operations.

This is a Senior Role. We are looking for the best-of-the best and will remunerate accordingly. You'll be responsible for:

  • Generating new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining and developing existing client relationships.
  • Providing design support and product knowledge in Stone, Porcelain and Sintered stone.
  • Delivering sales targets through professional and ethical practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in sales, preferably within Stone or building materials.
  • An impeccable reputation within the Stone and Building Industry.
  • A proven track record of acquiring and maintaining strong customers relationships

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at senior buyer level.

  • Strong design awareness and technical product knowledge.

  • Self-motivated, confident, and hungry to achieve, but always collaborative and customer focused.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A driven, disciplined professional with values and ethics beyond reproach.
