We work closely with their declined leads to help turn rejected applications into finance approvals. Our team repairs credit files, removes defaults and delivers structured financial education to support long-term client success.

About the Role

As a Sales and Relationship Manager, your role is to lead clients through the Perfect Score journey from first contact to conversion. You will:

  • Engage with warm leads referred from our finance partner network
  • Understand each client's credit position and goals
  • Explain our education-based credit repair program
  • Convert qualified leads into enrolled clients
  • Build strong relationships to increase trust, referrals and retention
  • Liaise with brokers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline
  • This is a phone-based, high-volume sales role backed by brand trust

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple leads at once

  • Experience with CRM systems and a structured sales process
