About the Role

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and technical challenges. You'll be responsible for ensuring machinery is running at peak performance — from routine servicing to installations and customer training.


Key Responsibilities
  • Service and maintain packaging machinery at customer sites
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and (potentially) electrical issues
  • Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment
  • Provide technical training and support to operators
  • Maintain accurate service records and parts inventory
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve support and solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Service Technician (packaging industry preferred)
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
  • Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Relevant trade qualification or technical certification (desirable)
