Manager, Marketing Automation

The Manager, Marketing Automation will see you lead our marketing automation strategy and implementation. You will be responsible for harnessing the full capabilities of our marketing automation platforms, ensuring efficient data collection, and delivering compelling marketing communications to all members along with:

• Serve as the SME for our marketing automation and customer data platform systems, overseeing their development, implementation, and ongoing optimisation.
• Optimise marketing automation processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, driving higher levels of customer engagement and conversion.
• Interface closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing automation initiatives across all touchpoints.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing automation team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

About you

You are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. You're passionate about helping our community (and members) and want to make a difference. For this role, we're also looking for:

• Qualifications in Marketing, Business Admin or a related discipline
• Proficiency in marketing platforms such as Microsoft Customer Insights or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to connect marketing strategy with technology solutions to drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience with CRM and CDP systems and knowledge of best practices in direct marketing and lead generation.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with a wide variety of key stakeholders.
• Be an innovative thinker with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
