About the role

Are you an experienced pool technician looking for a new challenge? Suburban Pool and Spa Service is seeking passionate individuals to join our team of pool service technicians. A full-time role for the right experienced candidate based in our Glen Osmond, SA office. As a Pool Service Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and servicing pools and spas for our valued customers across the local area.

Flexible casual positions are also available - perfect for Uni students or those just entering the workplace.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting regular pool and spa maintenance visits, including testing water quality, cleaning filters, and performing other essential services
  • Diagnosing and repairing any mechanical or electrical issues with pool and spa equipment
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on optimal pool and spa care
  • Maintaining detailed records of all service visits and work completed
  • Assisting with the installation of new pool and spa equipment as required
  • Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a pool and spa service technician
  • Strong technical knowledge of pool and spa equipment, including pumps, filters, and chemical treatment systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues quickly
  • Customer service-oriented with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license is essential
