Are you a friendly, organised and proactive person who loves helping others? We're looking for someone just like you to join our vibrant and growing team

We currently have a position available (Part to full time, or casual, this can be flexible if you are the right fit) In this role, you'll help keep our practice running smoothly by coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring our patients receive the exceptional care we pride ourselves on.

We are ideally seeking a senior receptionist with experience in general practice, but if you're enthusiastic, a fast learner, and eager to grow in a supportive environment, we're happy to train the right person.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Warmly greeting patients, answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
  • Processing Medicare, DVA, WorkCover and private billing
  • Providing administrative support to our doctors, nurses and practice manager
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality at all times
  • Communicating professionally with referring doctors, hospitals and pharmacies
  • Ensuring the waiting room is welcoming, organised and well-managed

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a general practice setting (2+ years preferred)
  • A solid understanding of Medicare and private billing
  • Strong computer skills and experience using medical software (Best Practice preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Initiative, reliability and a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
