Experienced Dental Receptionist – Full-Time (4 Days)

Location: Paddington, Brisbane

Practice: Busy, modern 5-chair dental clinic

We are seeking an experienced, friendly, and highly organised Dental Receptionist to join our vibrant team. This is a full-time position worked across 4 days per week, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and enjoys delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a busy front desk and phone system
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments efficiently
  • Processing payments and health fund claims
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Supporting our clinical team with daily administrative tasks
  • Providing a warm, professional, and reassuring presence to all patients
About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous dental reception or dental practice administration experience (essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer and practice software skills (e.g., Dentally, Exact, etc.)
  • The ability to multitask, prioritise, and maintain accuracy under pressure
  • A patient-focused attitude and commitment to excellent service
