Flow Athletic is a premium group fitness studio in the heart of Paddington, offering world-class Ride, Strength, Yoga, Reformer, Pilates and Run Club sessions. We're known for our high standards, incredible instructors and a warm, loyal member community.

We are currently seeking an experienced Spin Instructor to join our Ride team in a casual role, ideal for someone who already works within the fitness industry and wants to supplement their schedule with extra classes.

This role offers morning, evening or weekend teaching opportunities. For the right person, there is genuine scope to grow your skill set and expand into other areas of Flow, both in the Athletic and management areas over time.

About the role

You'll deliver high-energy, music-driven classes in either Rhythm Ride, Freestyle-RPM, or both. You bring an authentic presence, confidence on the mic and a passion for creating an uplifting, immersive experience on the bike.


Key responsibilities
  • Teach high-quality RIDE classes (Rhythm or Freestyle-RPM)
  • Create an engaging, motivating and music-focused experience
  • Build rapport and connection with members
  • Maintain Flow's coaching standards and class consistency
  • Contribute positively to the Flow Athletic culture

What you'll bring
  • Experience teaching Spin/Cycle is essential
  • Strong cueing, rhythm and musicality
  • A confident, upbeat coaching style
  • Reliability, professionalism and a team-first attitude
  • Availability for mornings, evenings or weekends
  • Desire to develop further skills (optional but welcomed)
  • Experience in other modalities(Pilates, Strength, PT, Yoga, etc) is very desirable but not compulsory
