Dental Receptionist (2–3 Days Per Week)

The Paddington Dental Surgery – Paddington, Sydney

We are looking for a friendly, organised Dental Receptionist to join our front-of-house team 2–3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) at one of Sydney's most respected dental practices.

This role supports our Senior Receptionist & Head of Operations and is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a calm, professional environment.

Dental experience is preferred, and knowledge of Dental4Windows is highly desirable.


About the Role
  • Greeting and welcoming patients
  • Assisting with appointment bookings and confirmations
  • Phone, email, and front-desk enquiries
  • Updating patient details at each visit
  • Supporting medical history updates every 6 months
  • Assisting with payment plan organisation
  • Helping follow up outstanding accounts
  • Maintaining a tidy and inviting reception area

  • Dental experience preferred
