We're on the lookout for an energetic, music-driven Indoor Ride instructor to join our teaching team. We're searching for someone who can confidently teach Rhythm-style or performance-based Ride, but we're also open to instructors with PT or broader group fitness experience who are keen to expand from the Ride room. At Flow, we back good humans with great energy.

• Casual position with a mix of early mornings, evenings, and weekend classes
• Teach across our signature Ride or Rhythm Ride formats
• Opportunity to pick up other group fitness classes if qualified (strength, Pilates, yoga, etc.)
• Potential to grow into PT or small-group training if you hold the relevant qualifications and it's your thing
• Be part of a tight, passionate coaching team that values creativity, professionalism, and connection

• Confident on the mic with a strong presence in the room
• A legend with music, pacing, and reading the energy of the class
• Certificate III in Fitness, or equivalent accreditation
• Indoor cycling experience
• Warm, professional, and reliable — with a genuine passion for helping people move well
• Loves being part of a team and contributing to a strong member experience
