Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimating Administrator located in Darra, QLD. The Estimating Administrator will be responsible for preparing and reviewing documentation for various residential building projects. Daily tasks in the role involve coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure all quote requests and purchase orders are accurate and comprehensive.

  • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing building documentation
  • Experience in data collection and entry
  • Ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relevant administration experience is essential
  • Proficiency in using estimating workflow software and tools
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Experience in the residential building industry is a plus
