About the role

As a Call Centre Customer Service representative at Springfield Lakes Towing and Transport Pty Ltd, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for providing exceptional service and support. Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will be instrumental in delivering our high-quality customer experience. This full-time role is based in our office in Darra, Queensland.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering inbound customer & driver calls with empathy and professionalism

  • Booking jobs in our Tow Manager system - these come in by email and telephone

  • Providing quotes and ETA's to customers by phone and email

  • Resolving customer and driver enquiries and resolving and issues efficiently and effectively

  • Assisting the Dispatchers in calling drivers & customers for additional information where requested

  • Maintaining a positive, customer focused attitude at all times

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Proficient in using computer systems and software

  • A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences

  • Mature mindset with a responsible and reliable work ethic

Must be available between 7am and 6 pm Monday to Saturday for rotating roster.
