We are currently offering a great opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our stable and high performing Customer Service team in Darra QLD.

About the opportunity:

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Manager, your role will provide support to our broad network of Independent Customers. Duties include:

  • Ensuring prompt and accurate processing of customer orders
  • Handling customer calls, account queries, pricing requests and product enquiries
  • Resolving supply issues
  • Liaising with Supplier and stakeholder
  • Actioning credits
  • Other Ad Hoc administration duties

About You:

  • You will have experience in providing excellent customer service and problem solving
  • Have experience or a passion for the agricultural industry
  • You will be a self-motivated person capable of nurturing and sustaining strong customer relationships with the ability to follow through and "get the job done" in a fast-paced environment
  • You will be keen to learn all aspects of your role and our business
  • Previous experience using the SAP ERP and online portal systems will be highly regarded
