I'm working with a well-regarded insurer that's growing fast, looking to hire 2 Commercial / Fleet Motor Claims Consultants.  

One is a Senior position with a minimum 5 years' experience. 

The other position requires at least 2 years experience.

Both roles report to the Claims Manager.

If you've got solid experience handling commercial motor claims, especially fleet, this could be the perfect next move for you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing a wide variety of commercial motor claims, across different business types from end to end, including salvage and total losses
  • Handling claims under a unique bespoke Commercial Motor Policy
  • Arranging assessments/liaising with brokers
  • Determining liability
  • Commencing recovery action (where appropriate)
  • Responding promptly to queries from relevant parties
  • Managing customer expectations from a client and service provider perspective
  • Working part of a small, tight-knit claims team that values support, consistency and excellence

What we're after:

  • 2-5 years experience in commercial motor claims, with exposure to fleet claims
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle a varied portfolio
  • Excellent communication skills with brokers, repairers, clients- stakeholder management is key
  • Someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and works well in a friendly but high-quality environment
  • High-level literacy is essential
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or ANZIIF membership well regarded
