GH Properties is a privately owned Queensland-based development and construction company with over 30 years of experience delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and tourism projects. We're a tight-knit, fast-growing team that values initiative, practical thinking, and a hands-on approach. Right now, we're looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to join us on exciting new projects — including a landmark multi-storey development in Milton.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work closely with senior leaders to support every stage of the project lifecycle — from design and planning through to construction delivery.

Day-to-day, you'll:


• Assist with project planning, documentation, and reporting.


• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and suppliers.


• Track budgets, schedules, and procurement activities.


• Help maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn directly from experienced project professionals and gain real, hands-on exposure to major developments.

About You

You're proactive, organised, and passionate about construction. You're keen to learn and contribute to projects that shape skylines.You'll bring:


• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.


• 1–3 years' experience in project coordination, contract admin, or site-based roles.


• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.


• A positive, can-do attitude and desire to grow your career.
