Role Description

This is a full-time and part-time on-site role located in Helensvale, QLD for a Junior Contract Administrator. The Junior Contract Administrator will handle day-to-day tasks including contract negotiation, contract management, procurement processes, and supporting administrative functions. The role requires excellent analytical skills, communication, and efficient handling of contract-related activities.

Qualifications

  • Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal team
  • Maintaining project documentation and ensuring compliance
  • Supporting the Project and Construction Managers with day-to-day tasks
  • Progress claim and variation tracking
  • Filing - physical and electronic
  • Invoices and purchase orders
  • General admin overflow
