Estimator / Supervisor / Leader

Our client is a reputable provider of insurance and strata related repairs. They're seeking a highly skilled and organised Construction Estimator/Supervisor to join their South-East Qld Team & drive outcomes across North Brisbane & the Sunshine Coast.

The Role

The Estimator Supervisor is responsible for assessing, scope capture, estimating and coordinating insurance work predominantly on residential & strata properties.

You'll have a number of internal trades to utilise and a team of dedicated Project Coordinators to assist with issuing work orders, admin tasks and keeping all parties updated. You'll be free to bring additional trades on-board to ensure targets are met & customer satisfaction remains high.

About you:

  • Seeking applicants who have demonstratable experience in the management of Insurance repairs across the domestic / small commercial / strata construction sector, preferably from a carpentry background.
  • Experience in building scopes of work on damaged properties.
  • Experience working directly with insurers, loss adjusters and construction related trades and suppliers.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage your time effectively.
  • Strong written & verbal communicator.
  • Understanding of relevant Building codes and Australian standards.
  • Experience in using Prime Ecosystem for scope building.
  • Construction licencing / Trade Qualified
  • Either Builder's License or Trade License is required.
