PubMatic is looking for a Senior Manager who brings both firepower and finesse. This is your chance to step into a visible, influential role in one of the fastest-growing regions for digital advertising. Based in Melbourne, you'll be the direct line between PubMatic and household-name advertisers who are hungry for innovation. And it's your job to show them what's possible.

What You'll Do:
- Lead strategic conversations with brands and advertisers who are ready to do more in the programmatic space.
- Develop tailored that resonate, built around insight, not templates.
- Influence decision-makers at the highest levels, aligning business goals with our platform capabilities.
- Plug into our global product and leadership teams, shaping innovative ad solutions based on market needs—not guesswork.
- Educate & inspire. Help advertisers see what they're leaving on the table by not leveraging PubMatic.
- Travel where the relationships need you across Australia, New Zealand, and occasionally beyond.
- Represent PubMatic at industry events and be seen as the go-to for brands exploring programmatic-first strategies.
- Collaborate tightly with our tech, operations and client services teams to deliver seamless end-to-end execution.
Who You Are:
- You've been on the frontlines before at an agency, brand, DSP, SSP or AdTech platform and you know what matters to advertisers.
- You've built trusted relationships across the industry.
- You understand the dynamics of the sell-side, most notably operations of supply side platforms and ad serving technology
- You're sharp, consultative, and confident speaking to the C-suite.
- You're entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- You're always learning, adapting, and refining your approach.
- You're self-motivated, driven and thrive in an autonomous environment.
