Working as a Workforce Development Manager with Westvic Staffing Solutions provides great flexibility in a supportive and friendly team environment.

Location: Metropolitan Melbourne (& West Gippsland)

The Role:

From day one in your new role, you can expect to:

·       Build and manage a network of business through offering Westvic's suite of employment options

·       Work with business to support workforce development plans

·       Mentor and support candidates across a number of programs including Apprentices, Trainees and Labour Hire

About you:

·       Highly professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Strong understanding of the Labour Market and industry employment needs across the Central Victorian Region

·       Ability to build strong connection with key stakeholders in the employment services sector

Previous experience in the industry is not a prerequisite for a Workforce Development Manager, with many of our current employees transitioning from varied and broad industries.
