What We're Looking ForWe welcome interest from individuals with:

  • Proven experience in a Managerial or Team Leader role in mining, trade, engineering or relevant industrial
  • Background in mechanical, technical, or trade-based work
  • Willing to relocate to Traralgon or nearest city to site
  • A background in safety leadership, operational coordination, or contractor management
  • Proven strategic thinking and hands-on leadership qualities
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and a history of impactful site-based decision-making
