We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals
to join a dynamic team at a government contact centre in Lithgow. This is a
fantastic opportunity to contribute to road safety initiatives while developing
your skills in a supportive and structured environment.

Employment Type:  Contract

Contract Duration:  6 Months

Responsibilities

  • Provide
    high-quality customer service via phone and digital channels.
  • Handle
    enquiries related to road safety services.
  • Maintain
    accurate records and follow procedures.
  • Collaborate
    with team members and escalate issues when necessary.

Your Profile

  • 2–3
    years of customer service experience (call centre, administration, or
    retail)
  • Previous government experience is  preferred
  • Excellent
    written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate
    computer skills including typing, email etiquette, and proficiency in
    Microsoft Outlook and Teams
  • Ability
    to learn new systems quickly
  • Previous
    government experience is desirable but not essential

  • Must
    be based in NSW and able to attend on-site training and assessments

  • Contractors
    will work on a  rotating roster between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM ,
    Monday to Friday

  • Each
    roster cycle lasts  two weeks , during which contractors will
    work the same shift
  • After
    each cycle, they will rotate to a different shift (e.g., early, mid, or
    late start)
