The Company

My client is a Global Freight Forwarder with a standout brand and service across the world. As a leader in the Australasian logistics sector, they are an innovative service provider that embraces collaboration, learning, and development. Due to continuous growth & expansion they are looking to add an Export Operations Coordinator to the team based in Eagle Farm. Reporting to the General Manager, you will work in a team with a strong focus on supporting key accounts, and process & compliance excellence.

The Role

Your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Coordinate export shipments across AU & NZ sites
  • Prepare export documents (invoices, packing lists, COO, B/L, AWB, etc.)
  • Keep shipment data accurate and current in SAP & CargoWise (CW1)
  • Track orders end-to-end and provide proactive updates
  • Daily customer operations meetings
  • Issue freight invoices and finalise job costings

Your Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Background in admin, supply chain, manufacturing or customer service (preferred)
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear, confident communicator with stakeholder management skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills; SAP or CargoWise exposure a plus
