Sales Function

  • Help to source products
  • Send RFQ's to Aust suppliers
  • Send RFQ's back to Indo

Supply Function

  • Process PT CBC Purchase Orders (Buyer replenishment)
  • Send OC (Order Confirmation)  
  • Process internal TFR to DC or external PO for stock ordering
  • Monitor outstanding PO's & send backorder report on ETA deliveries periodically

Warehouse Function

  • Pack & despatch airfreight weekly consignments
  • Pack & despatch monthly sea freight consignments
  • Console other direct vendor PO's with MI Aust supply
  • Arrange Booking with forwarder
  • Load Containers
