The Role

An exciting opportunity awaits a motivated professional to step into a
Finance and Operations Coordinator
role in a full-time, permanent capacity.

Key responsibilities

Supplier Management & Compliance

  • Assist with supplier onboarding, ensuring compliance with internal systems (Quest) and financial procedures.
  • Maintain accurate supplier records and ensure alignment with local and international finance processes.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Conduct cost analysis and prepare regular reports on supplier spend, highlighting key insights and trends.
  • Support the identification and implementation of cost efficiencies across project portfolios.

Revenue & Invoicing Management

  • Collaborate with UK finance and Workday teams to manage local invoicing and revenue recognition processes.
  • Support the accounts receivable function by liaising with client accounts teams to ensure timely payments.

Operational Support

  • Assist with financial tracking of projects and ensure budget adherence.
  • Provide operational support to project managers, ensuring processes and systems are applied consistently.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with local and international teams to align on finance processes, operational best practices, and reporting requirements.

Who You Are

  • You have 2–4 years of experience working with financial data, reporting, and analysis.
  • You are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong administrative and systems background (experience in Workday is highly desirable).
  • You hold finance-related qualifications such as a diploma or undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • You bring strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills, and are ready to grow your career in a dynamic, international environment.
