Client Experience & Admin Coordinator
to join us
face-to-face in our Parramatta office (2 mins from the station)
.

What you'll do:

– Upload compliance docs

– Coordinate with vendors & suppliers

– Draft client comms (templates included)

– Keep the whole client journey running smooth

Who you are:

3–5 years admin/coordination experience (finance/real estate a bonus)

Great communicator (English written + spoken)

Obsessed with details + proactive problem-solver

Sydney-based + keen to work in-office (not remote)

This isn't just admin. It's
coordination with impact

You'll be the person clients trust, vendors rely on, and the team counts on.
