The Role (Initial 3–6 Month Pilot)

You will hold the rhythm of our operations: projects, calendars, clients, and content.

Your work will turn ideas into systems, and systems into ease.

You'll:

  • Translate Madhu's vision into actionable weekly plans using Notion, ClickUp, or Asana.
  • Coordinate webinars, mini-courses, and client communications for FMS
  • Maintain project dashboards, timelines, and performance trackers.
  • Support investor updates, retreat logistics, and launch calendars.
  • Offer proactive ideas that enhance structure, beauty, and revenue flow.

Ideal You

  • 3–5 years' experience as Operations Coordinator / Project Manager / Executive Assistant in coaching, finance, or digital brands.
  • Proficient in Notion, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Zapier, and LinkedIn tools.
  • Emotionally intelligent communicator — you balance logic with empathy.
  • Spiritually curious; comfortable working with affirmations, moon phases, and rituals woven into business flow.
  • Calm under pressure; sees details as sacred.
  • Available 15–25 hours per week (AEST overlap).

Energy Exchange & Growth

  • Trial Phase (3 Months):
    Fixed retainer AUD $1 500–$2 500 p.m.
  • Extension Phase:
    Performance-linked bonus + profit-share (1–3 %).
  • Long-Term Path:
    "Lifetime Coordinator" designation with equity in Money Spirit and AstroFinance ventures.
