We're seeking a General Manager who will provide strategic and operational leadership with vision, energy, and proven commercial acumen.

You will report directly to the Owner and work closely with department heads, ensuring standards are upheld while embedding systems that drive profitability, consistency, and innovation.

Key responsibilities:

Provide strong, visible leadership to a small passionate team across multiple departments.

Protect and enhance Paper Daisy's one-hat status through consistency in food quality, service delivery, and menu innovation.

Lead revenue management: implement dynamic pricing strategies, forecasting, and competitive benchmarking.

Oversee financial performance: manage P&L accountability, variance analysis, and department-level reporting.

Drive team development: coach department heads, empower decision-making, and establish KPIs.

Elevate the guest journey: ensure service polish, luxury touches, and innovative offerings across Rooms, Spa and Food & Beverage

Deliver operational excellence and maximise new revenue streams.

Ensure compliance, risk management, and sustainability practices are in place.

Represent Halcyon House within the luxury travel market, including trade partnerships and brand positioning.
