What You'll Be Doing
- Cultivating lasting relationships with clients and medical experts, ensuring they feel valued, supported and their needs understood.
- Respond to incoming enquiries from new and existing clients, coordinating assessments, and providing tailored guidance.
- Identify opportunities for growth - spotting trends, nurturing leads, and helping expand our network of trusted partners.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish.
- Champion Red Health's purpose and values in every interaction, ensuring excellence and empathy go hand in hand.
