The opportunity

A leader in the financial services industry, we have an outstanding opportunity for a Client Services Officer/Manager in a Corporate CBD office who is dedicated to exceptional client service and supporting team members to join our team.

The role includes all training and is a varied role with lots of interaction with the team.  You will also be in contact with our wonderful clients, so it is essential that you present professionally and have a confident phone manner, reflecting the firm's brand.

About the role

We are keenly seeking the right person for our business, someone who is passionate about client service, mature-minded in nature, enjoys client contact but is also seeking variety in a role. Your resourcefulness and ability to solve problems while being supportive to other team members is paramount. You will have a positive and can-do attitude.  After dealing with you, clients and team members will have a fantastic impression of both you and our business.

You will have a strong attention to detail & accuracy, be highly organised & procedure driven.

Your responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Implementation of client advice
  • Assisting with client enquiries
  • Liaising with institutions and super funds
  • Maintaining client files.
  • Administration support to the Financial Planning team as required
  • Answering client calls and greeting our wonderful clients
