Are you a highly organised, people-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional client service? We're looking for a confident and proactive Client Service Office Manager to join our friendly team and play a key role in supporting our accounting practice.

The Role:

As the Client Service Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for clients and the backbone of our administrative operations. You'll manage day-to-day office functions while ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and support.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage front desk and client communications (phone, email, and in-person)


• Coordinate appointments and maintain schedules for accountants


• Support client onboarding and documentation processes


• Prepare and lodge compliance documents (e.g., ATO correspondence)


• Manage client database and workflow systems (MYOB AE)


• Oversee office supplies, invoicing, and general administrative duties


• Assist in implementing efficient systems and procedures to enhance client service

About You:


• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an accounting or professional services firm


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills


• Proficient with Microsoft Office and practice management software


• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism


• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
