Purpose of Position

To assist the Client Services Manager in delivering the operations and activities of Client Services.

Reporting to

Client Services Manager

Major Areas of Responsibility


•     Set up new portfolios, assist in the management of client asset transfers in or out and manage account closures.


•     Process instructions on client accounts such as cash/banking requests, investment of new funds and change in account details.


•     Proactively respond to client queries.


•     Assist with the distribution of client communications.


•     Manage staff calendars for outbound calls/appointments.


•     Co-ordinate the preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.


•     Assist with event management – roadshows, internal boardroom presentations, client functions.


•     Distribute monthly updates, portfolio changes and market updates.


•     Assist with reception and mail duties.


•     Share responsibility for front line communication such as main phone line, emails, fielding/screening initial queries and greeting clients/visitors.


•     Maintain boardroom and meeting rooms in readiness for meetings.

Knowledge and Experience Required

Experience


• years in Client/Adviser Services.


•     Sound experience in a front line role (ideally in financial services).

Skills


•     Client focus – understand and deliver exceptional service.


•     Effective relationship, time and project management skills.


•     Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.


•     Expert user of MS Office Suite.


•     Experience with Adobe Suite preferable but not essential.


•     Experience using Xplan highly regarded.
