About the Role:

As a Client Service Officer at Bountiful Wealth, you will play a vital role in our business by:

  • Preparing and implementing Statement of Advice/Record of Advice documents.
  • Completing, lodging, processing, and following up on client's investment, superannuation, pension, and insurance applications.
  • Monitoring applications and maintaining communication with providers until completion.
  • Managing investments in Direct shares and managed funds.
  • Assisting clients with Centrelink nominee access, applications, and updates.
  • Handling client Insurance claims and Deceased estate claims.
  • Accurately updating information in our client management system (Xplan).
  • Performing typical administration and customer service responsibilities.
  • Assisting advisers with client queries.

Skills and Experience:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • The ability to operate in a high-paced environment with unwavering attention to detail.
  • Preferred knowledge of Xplan or similar software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • A strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on our company's success.
  • A willingness to learn about the field of Financial planning.
