We are seeking a proven Site Supervisor to join our East Victoria Park team for an immediate start. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction operations team for an immediate start. This role will see you manage the delivery of large-scale construction projects across WA, with a strong focus on tilt-up and precast concrete panel construction. You will lead site operations, coordinate subcontractors and consultants, ensure compliance with WA construction regulations, and drive projects to completion on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and allocate work schedules for the site team
  • Estimate project costs and manage budgets
  • Develop deliverable schedules and project roadmaps
  • Supervise and monitor site works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements
  • Direct and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
  • Conduct quality, safety, and regulatory compliance checks in line with WA standards
  • Manage risks, resolve disputes, and maintain smooth site operations
  • Draft and review contracts with consultants and subcontractors
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, senior management, and stakeholders
  • Support business development through client engagement and relationship building
  • Lead training and mentoring of on-site staff

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' construction management experience in design and construction execution, delivering large-scale projects
  • Certificate in Tilt-Up and Precast Concrete Panels (Western Australia requirement) – mandatory
  • Relevant qualifications in construction/project management, engineering, architecture, or urban planning (desirable)
  • Proven knowledge of WA building codes, OHS, and regulatory environment
  • Experience in site master planning, infrastructure, and urban development projects
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Leadership skills in workforce management, training, and subcontractor coordination
  • Commercial awareness and risk management expertise
  • Registered Builder (preferred but not essential)
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
